Before approved work begins, you'll know what we're handling and what it will cost. For larger or multi-part property projects, we'll clearly lay out the scope and any work that may involve outside or licensed contractors.
We perform the work we handle directly and coordinate the right people when the property needs something outside our direct scope. You don't have to become the project coordinator just because the property needs more than one type of work.
When the work is complete, you know what was done. We provide completion photos, documentation and status updates where appropriate to the job.
